MAIN SESSION SPEAKERS

Steven Law is known for Patterns of Evidence: Journey to Mount Sinai II (2023), Patterns of Evidence: Exodus (2014) and Patterns of Evidence: Journey to Mount Sinai (2022). All of these documentary films explore the reliability and truth of the Bibles historical record by looking at modern day evidence and plausible theories for many mysteries of ages past.

Breakout Session Faculty

Mr. Christopher White is a member of the Global Network of Evangelists (GNE) of the Palau Association. His ministry in Colombia has been sponsored by CEDECOL (Consortium of Evangelical Churches of Colombia) and by many churches there. His work in Cuba, the Czech Republic, and Pakistan have also been sponsored by local churches in each of those countries.  He has published several books inlcuding his latest on the nature and work of the Holy Spirit, listed on his Amazon Author's Page. He and his wife, Pilar, have four adult sons.

Bruce Tamlyn was the Chaplain and Director of Spiritual Life for the Silver Bay YMCA for many decades. He is an ordained minister in the United Church of Christ.

Bruce has a Bachelor's of Science and a Master's of Education from Springfield College, and a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study in Counseling Psychology from Bridgewater State College.  In addition he completed a Master's in Psychology and Religion at Andover Newton Theological School in Boston. Bruce is a certified spiritual director and a member of Spiritual Director’s International.

Bruce is married to Sarah. They have three daughters and live in Silver Bay, New York.

Sean McFeely is a 25+ year veteran of Christian Camp and Conference Ministry, getting his start as an Employee In Training at Silver Bay YMCA. Sean loves using God’s Creation as a tool for spiritual growth and reflection. He is a trained wilderness instructor, rock climbing guide, scuba diver, and wilderness first responder. Sean currently leads Oasis Ministry Ventures, a non-profit developing and funding Christian camping opportunities for urban youth in the greater Los Angeles region. He has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Grove City College, as well as a Certificate in Apologetics and a Masters in Organizational Leadership from Biola University. He is married to Amy, his wife of 26 years, and has two young adult daughters, Abbey (23) and Rebecca (20).

Harvey Carey is the founder and senior pastor of Citadel of Faith Covenant Church in Detroit, Michigan. The former IYC speaker’s dynamic global ministry continues to change lives with the transforming truth of God’s Word. As a youth pastor in Chicago, Carey developed a nationally emulated youth ministry model that has reached thousands of teens in inner-cities across the nation.

Passionate about restoring the inner-city, Carey has partnered with several community organizations and nonprofits, providing housing, social services, and ministry to youth and children in the city of Detroit. His inspiring leadership and vision for urban renewal unites people across boundaries of race, age, class, and culture. Harvey Carey, his wife Nancy, and their daughter Tiffany reside in the heart of Detroit.

Rev. Dr. Jim Om is the founder and lead pastor of The River Church of New Jersey in Teaneck, NJ. He is also Director of Campus Ministry at Fairleigh Dickinson University. He is a former associate pastor of Redeemer Presbyterian Church in New York City and worked under Pastor Tim Keller there. He has his Doctorate from Alliance Theological Seminary in Student Ministry and Religious Practices, and his MDIV from Westminster Theological Seminary forcused in Pastoral Studies and Counseling. Jim and his wife, Jen, have four adult children living in the Boston area.

Dave Ingrey has deep roots at Silver Bay YMCA. He is a former insurance executive and teacher, whose pursuit of truth led him to Christ. Dave is active in his church as a lay preacher and leader of their commissioning class. A budding author, Dave has a three book lay apologetic series ready for market, and is the publisher of the ‘Facts, Faith and Formation’ blog. Dave and his wife Karen have three young adult children, Henry, Lindsey and Owen.

Wendy (Oliver) Walters is the Director of Women’s Ministry and Community groups at Church of the Saviour in Wayne, PA. Wendy has her Masters of Divinity from Missio Seminary, and served as the Director of Strategic Relations at her alma mater. A multi-talented woman of God, she also served as an Environmental Engineer using her Masters of Engineering degree from Penn State and undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from Bucknell University. Wendy has served on the spiritual life staff of Silver Bay in the past, and is a skilled facilitator for groups of all types. She is mom to two young adult daughters and one son, and wife to husband Russ.
